Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Non-returnable items
Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or safety reasons. Sale items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we will make it right.
